Shipping policy

I prepare all pieces in my studio lovingly by hand. 

Please see each product for specific preparation times. Note that order preparation times are in addition to shipping times.

Approximate preparation times are as follows:

Ready to Ship: 2-3 business days

Made to Order: 3-4 Weeks

Custom Made: 4-6 Weeks

Preparation and shipping times are estimated and are subject to change, however we will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please don't be put off if a shipping time is longer than expected or required, get in touch and we will see what mountains we can move to get a piece to you.

We have a variety of shipping options at checkout but we can investigate further options for you, please contact customercare@sylviegianella.com to discuss further.

Please note that if you order multiple items, each with different preparation times then the preparation time of the whole order will be according to the item with the longest preparation time. You can of course order items separately so that you receive each of them as fast as possible – but each separate order will be subject to its own shipping costs as determined at checkout. 

Please proceed through checkout before committing to buy in order to see the costs of the various shipping options as they vary from destination to destination. 

​Tracking information will be emailed upon order dispatch. Once your order has dispatched, if it has not arrived after the estimated time for your chosen shipping option, please first check the tracking link in your order dispatch email.
